Title: TrackDraw: A Replacement for TrackDesigner

Abstract: TrackDraw, a replacement program for Track Designer. TrackDraw differs from Track Designer in that:
- Not tied to LEGO; it works with any fixed-length piece track system
- It uses vector graphics so the track can be drawn at any resolution.
- The editor includes multiple-levels of Undo, layers, and text annotation.
- Parts and layouts can be edited by other tools or by a text editor.
- Parts are described by an XML format with a validating XML schema.
- Layouts can be saved as XML, LDraw models, SVG, JPEG etc.
